Scrambled Egg with Garlic

This is usually an easy recipe, and it still is, with just one extra ingredient.

Scrambled Egg with Garlic

12 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Dash pepper
Dash salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
Butter
Salt and Pepper

    Melt the butter in a fairly large pan on the stovetop. Mix the eggs until the yolks are broken. Blend in the milk . Add the salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.

    Pour the egg mix into the melted butter. Scrape the bottom and sides of the pan occasionnally to keep the egg from sticking. When the egg is cooked, serve while warm. May add extra salt and pepper to taste.
